Guangcai Programme Dec.28, Mr Chen Juyu, board chairman of Shenyang Xiehe Group won the prize of “Guangcai Programme” by China Society for Promotion of the Gruangcai Programme Association , because of his contribution to public career these years, he was the only person who won this prize in Liaoning Province.
