Establishment of Shenyang Xiehe High-tech Development Co., Ltd( Inner enterprise of Xiehe Group)
The first super antigen based researched and produced successfully.
1991: The curative effect of super antigen was agreed with authoritative experts on “ National Bio Tech Seminar”
1992: Xiehe Group American Branch set up in Seattle U.S.A.
1993: “Highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin”obtained production approval of national trial.
American Xiehe International Co., Ltd founded in Los Angeles.
1995: “SkinSav”was approved to produce by Liaoning Department of Health.
1996: Shenyang Xiehe Group Co., Ltd established.

1997: Shenyang Xiehe Pharmaceutical Plant completed.
State Ministry of Public Health assigned legal instruction, Liaoning Department of Health awarded < Pharmaceutical Enterprise Production License>.
2000: Shenyang Xiehe Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd founded, which hold by Xiehe Group.
“HAS” was listed in No.45 2000 of State Registration Ministry of national first class bio anti cancer new medicine.
2002: Passed certification of GMP, became the first bio pharmaceutical enterprise that passed certification of ISO9000 international quality management system in Liaoning Province.
2003: “Xiehe ImmuOK” was certified as assigned medical product used for preventing “SARS” by Shenyang Government.
State Ministry of Public Health agreed to use Xiehe ImmuOK and other medicine for SARS patients.
“National Life Science and Technology Talents Cultivation Base” was approved to establish by State Ministry of Education and State Development Program Committee.
2004: Passed GSP Certification successfully.
Shenyang Xiehe Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was awarded “High and New Tech Enterprise”.
Mar 2, 2004: “Research of effective element of Golden Staphylococcin Preparation” granted “Shenyang Science Technology Progress Prize”.
May 11,2004: Super antigen baseds exported to Niger
Sep. 29, 2004: Board chairman Juyu Chen won the title of “ The 6th Shenyang Advanced Scientific Worker”.
Oct.17, 2004: General secretary of Congo Ministry of Public Health Constantin Miaka Miabile Nge Md visited Shenyang Xiehe Group, and agreed with cooperation further.
Oct.27,2004: Mr.Lawence South Africa Keady Investments Ltd and Ms. Karen Sandton International Business School visited our company, and became interested in our products, two parties discussed about products extension in South Africa and around countries.
Dec.3,2004: Ambassador of People’s Republic of Congo Mr. Balong Gandi visited Xiehe Group. He gave a high appraisal of super antigen baseds, which made great contribution on Aids prevention in Congo, he also showed to cooperate and support Xiehe Group to develop trade and technical activities in Congo.
Dec.23, 2004: The relevant leader of State Development and Innovation Committee came Xiehe Group to investigate and discuss according to draw up “Accelerate and Develop Bio-Tech Industry Plan”, they gave a high appraisal of super antigen baseds and believed the products and development directions of Xiehe Group were suit for demands of outlines that country encouraged development industry.
Dec.27, 2004: Xiehe Group and a European strategic investment organization signed the whole cooperation agreement. Total investment sum will extend a hundred million Euro. This mainly used for patent technology of Xiehe Group’s commercialization, industrialization, internationalization. Especially, to realize the application and extension of super antigen baseds anti cancer in European countries, to promote the application and registration of patent in Europe, and to set up new type bio pharmaceutical plant.
Mar. 2005:Xiehe Group won ”Creation Pioneer of Top 100 Chinese Private Enterprise”, and the prize of “Top 10 (excellent) Chinese Private Creation Enterprise ”
Apr. 2005: President Chen went to Hungry, he was awarded the title of Chev. St. John by Malta Organization of Saint John

Mar.2007:“China-Japan Xiehe Medical Institution” opened, which was invested and established with Japanese Dongyang Chinese Medicine Institute
May 2007: Chinese intellectual property right --- Superantigen Scientific Achievement Academic Forum and International Cooperation Project Signing Ceremony were held grandly in Beijing National CPCC Hall
Aug.2007: Invited Academicians Yang Shengli and Liu Changxiao as the academicians of special academician work station of Xiehe Group
Sep.2007: President Chen went to Greece, he was awarded Grand Chev, by OSJ in Rodhes Palace
Oct.2007: Shenyang Xiehe Group signed an agreement with Central People’s Broadcasting Station Voice of China, jointly held an activity named “Voice of China Loving Heart Donation for Caring Leukemia Children”, Xiehe Group will donate medicine valued RMB 1 Million Yuan to the leukemia children under 15 years old with poor family condition. Till now, Xiehe Group has donated over RMB 50 Million Yuan to public and charitable career both at home and abroad.

Chang-xiao drug with Xiehe Group carried out comprehensive cooperation projects.
February 2008: The Genetic Engineering Academy and cooperation
projects signed, Xiehe Group signed the agreement on cooperation with the
acadimicians, Xiehe academician workstation introduced three academicians, they
are Gu Jianren, Wang Hong-yang, Sun Tieheng.
March 2008, achievements of Xiehe academician project will be
located in Shenzhen
May 2008, Wenchuan earthquake occurred, Xiehe staff contributed
a total donations of 34,425 Yuan in cash to the disaster area and donated One
million Yuan drugs as well. Over the past 20 years, Xiehe Group has been
committed to charitable cause, to a total of domestic and foreign donations had
reached 60 million Yuan.
July 2008, the provincial Office of Science and Technology,
Department of Finance decided to issue Xiehe Technology Center were identified
as Liaoning Shenyang Pharmaceutical Biological Engineering Research Center.
July 28, 2008 Xiehe Group held at the twentieth anniversary

September 2008, Xiehe Group superantigen strain "on the 7th Shenzhou" spacecraft successfully into space, do the biological activity test.
November 2008, Shanghai Yanbaohang Public Foundation and Shenyang Xiehe Group donated the superantigen products that valued RMB 2 Million to the Aids patients in Liaoning Area.

May 2003: Mr. Chen Juyu won prize of “World Successful People”.
Apr.26,2005: Board chairman Mr. Chen Juyu went to Budapest, the capital of Hungary, to take part in World Knight Conference, he was awarded title of nobility of Saint John Chev.
Aug.21, 2005: On the conference of “2nd Chinese Private enterpriser Innovation Seminar”, Xiehe Group won “100 Chinese Innovation Advanced Private Enterprise Pioneer”, “Prize of Ten Chinese Advanced Innovation Private Enterprise”, Mr. Chen Juyu won the title of “2005 Ten Advanced Innovation Personnel of Chinese Private Enterprise”, Shenyang Xiehe Group was also the enterprise that won three prizes solely.
Sep.3, 2005: In appraisal activity of “2005 Ten Shenyang Charitable Enterprise” proposed by Shenyang Charitable Organization and Huashang Morning Paper, Shenyang Xiehe Group was granted as “Prize of the Best Charitable Contribution”.
Dec.28, 2005: By discussion of committee of 2005 Chinese Ten Series Talent Elect Activity, Mr. Chen Juyu was elected 2005 Chinese Ten Innovation Talent.
January 2006: Shenyang Xiehe Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has
been classified as "high-tech enterprises in Liaoning Province" issued by
Science and Technology Department of Liaoning Province; Shenyang Xiehe Group has
been rated as "civilized unit issued by Shenyang Municipal Government
February 2006: President Chen Yu Ju, was hired as director by
China Association for Promoting the Guangcai Program. On the same day, "Week-End
News of the North" and honorary consultant hired him as editor-in-chief.
April 2006: "Xiehe" has been identified as well-known trademarks in
Shenyang; President Chen Yu Ju, was hired as senior adviser and vice chairman of
the Committee of Experts by "Hong Kong and Macao in international news"
May 2006: Shenyang Xiehe Group rated AAA grade credit units once again; President Chen Juyu was hired as Hunnan New District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Bureau employed "in Shenyang Hunnan New Zone, the political winds of special supervisors."

January 2007: President of Shenyang Xiehe Group, Chen Yu Ju was
awarded the "Glorious Cause Award" by China Association for Promoting the
Guangcai Program in Beijing, which is the only individual award in Liaoning
Province.

April 2007: Xiehe image speaker Wang Gangyi won the Top 10 sports star in CCTV 2006 year award.
July 2007: President Chen YuJu, received the individual honorary

of major-level commander at Rhode Island in Greece Palace, meanwhile, Professor
